this weekend we were all about nontraditional buns. who cares if they've been done before? they were delicious. would make again.
saturday it was ramen burger.
sunday it was rice burger like wot leff had at mos burger when we went to kappabashi dori.
i prefer the rice buns as they were lighter + i'm a fan of toasted rice in general.
